New Housing Development

Three beautiful new homes, set in a private Essex development.

Once a disused timber yard, we worked with our client to maximize the best use of space and financial return for this project.

Together, we created a scheme of two modern semi-detached, houses and a beautiful two-storey bungalow, all with off-street parking and good-sized gardens.

The properties have been built to a high specification and with an outstanding finish.

Each dwelling has been fitted with air-source heat pumps, delivering cleaner air, cost effective temperature control whilst helping to reduce the homeowners carbon footprint.

All three dwellings were sold off-plan, months prior to building completion.
